"Canitan has been a vital asset to our office. Our engineering office had a major server crash in ’05. Canitan was able to recover valuable information and help up design and setup our new server. Since then our server has not failed and we have had very little down time. When our sever goes down they are quick to respond. They can remotely access our server and fix most problems. If they can not remotely fix it they are on site in a timely manner.
I would recommend Canitan to anyone that needs an excellent IT support group 24/7. Canitan has proved to be very cost efficient for our firm vs hiring a full time employee for our IT needs".
