Field Technicians should have the following:
- Knowledge of and experience working with hand and power tools
- Networking and IT experience
- Knowledge of and experience in cabling
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to travel to customer sites
- Ability to lift and/or move various equipment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have organizational skills
- Smartphone
- Technical Skills required:
- Networking knowledge and troubleshooting (we use Mikrotik and UniFi)
- Basic wiring and interpreting electrical diagrams (for access control and alarm systems)
- Windows operating system and server (Server, Hyper-V and desktop management)
